MBI Launches Landmark ‘Deer Fields Town Square’ Project in Mainland Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi : 06 May, 2008 – (MBI) today announced the launch of ‘Deerfields Town Square’ project, an AED1 billion mixed-use development, featuring commercial, residential, retail and hospitality components.
Reflecting classical Victorian architecture, the project will be located in Al Bahia area, alongside new developments such as the Al Raha Beach, Yas Island, and Khalifa A & B Cities. It will also be close to the Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Abu Dhabi corniche.

MBI Signs AED360m Term Loan Facility with EmiratesNBD and NBAD
Dubai: 15 March, 2008 - Mubarak and Brother Property and Financial Investments (MBI) today announced it has signed an AED360 million term loan facility jointly with EmiratesNBD and National Bank of Abu Dhabi, to fund the development of one of its mixed-use projects in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The facility was signed by His Excellency Saeed Abdul Jaleel Al Fahim, Chairman of MBI, and senior officials from both banks.
